Our Coaching Process

  • Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to ensure that our coaching is the right fit for you
  • If you choose to proceed, purchase a 1, 3, 6-month program, a package of sessions, or an individual session 
  • Complete a comprehensive whole-person questionnaire (depending on your need and goals)
  • Meet for a deep-dive session
  • Receive recommendations and start implementing them 
  • Schedule follow-up sessions (weekly/bi-weekly recommended depending on the level of support you need)
  • Work with us to track your progress and to make the necessary adjustments

 Brain Health Coaching focuses on optimizing cognitive, emotional, and mental wellbeing through evidence-based strategies that strengthen how your brain functions and adapts. Together, we’ll work to enhance focus, memory, and executive functioning—skills that support clear thinking, effective decision-making, and emotional balance. You’ll learn brain-healthy habits that nurture neuroplasticity and resilience, such as mindful stress management, restorative sleep, balanced nutrition, and purposeful activity. This coaching is ideal for anyone looking to build a foundation for lasting brain health. 


Pathfinder Coaching is designed for those navigating life’s transitions and seeking deeper alignment with who they are and what truly matters. Together, we’ll explore your identity, values, and personal narratives to help you make sense of shifting life seasons and rediscover purpose and meaning. This coaching provides a supportive space to process grief, loss, and change while integrating spirituality or personal belief systems in ways that feel authentic to you. Through guided reflection and intentional growth, you’ll learn to move forward with clarity, resilience, and renewed connection to yourself and your path. 


Thriving Relationships Coaching helps you understand and transform the way you connect with others—whether in partnerships, parenting, caregiving, or friendships. Together, we’ll explore relationship patterns, attachment styles, and the stories that shape how you love, communicate, and set boundaries. This process is about healing and rewriting your narrative so you can create relationships rooted in trust, respect, and emotional safety. We’ll also address intimacy and sexual health as integral aspects of relational wellbeing, helping you build deeper connection and fulfillment in every part of your life.


How Our Coaching Works

 At Spring to Wellness, coaching is flexible and designed around your needs and goals. 


  • Choose a curated package for a personalized roadmap and ongoing support:
    • Sprout – 1 month: 1 deep-dive consultation + 2 follow-ups | $400
    • Bloom – 3 months: 1 deep-dive consultation + 5 follow-ups | $700
    • Harvest – 6 months: 1 deep-dive consultation + 11 follow-ups | $1,250


  • Book session by session – total control over your schedule and pace ($150/60 minutes).
     
  • Purchase a package of individual 45-minute consultations: 
    • 5 sessions | $500
    • 10 sessions | $950


  • Please note:  At times, Spring to Wellness may suggest supplements or lab work to support your care. We carefully consider vendor quality and pricing; however, the choice to use these services—and the associated costs—remains the client’s responsibility.
